Using this updated market assessment which includes the client’s clinical and financial data, MIS evaluates internal and external markets. Assessment of external markets includes: geographic primary and secondary markets, desirable demographic markets, regional trends in pathology, population health data, and a national overview of large cardiothoracic robotic programs and their markets. Assessment of internal markets includes: current referral sources, cath lab yield analysis, high value procedure lines, and other relevant metrics.
